Climate Solutions for Southeast Asia
Enable Earth was founded with a bold conviction: that agricultural waste is not a problem to be burned, but a resource to be transformed.
Across Southeast Asia, open burning of crop residues contributes to severe PM2.5 pollution, greenhouse gas emissions, and soil degradation. We saw an opportunity to redesign this system—turning overlooked biomass into a powerful climate solution that benefits farmers, industries, and the planet.
Our journey began in Chiang Rai, Thailand, one of the country’s most affected hotspot-burning regions. Here, we are developing a first-of-its-kind industrial biochar carbon removal facility that converts corn residues into high-quality biochar. This model not only removes carbon dioxide from the atmosphere permanently, but also restores soil health, reduces air pollution, and creates new income streams across the agricultural value chain.
We believe the future of climate action lies in transforming waste into worth—closing loops, restoring ecosystems, and enabling a cleaner, more resilient region for generations to come.

reuse the existing to create something new. We process biogenic residues into biochar, thereby capturing carbon and generating climate neutral surplus heat and energy. This is called biochar carbon removal.
